What this site collects

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. Browsing the site does not create a profile of you.

The inquiry form

The contact form contains only the information you type into it — your name, work email, organization, role, and whatever you choose to share about the initiative. Submissions are delivered to info@luminorstudios.org by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that transmits the submission to us; this website itself stores nothing. We use what you send solely to respond to your inquiry.

Third-party services

The site loads its typefaces from Fontshare and Google Fonts, and contact-form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms. When your browser talks to these services, they receive standard technical request data such as your IP address. No other third-party services are used.

Email correspondence

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is relevant to a current or potential engagement. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to info@luminorstudios.org.

Changes

If our practices change — for example, if analytics are added — this page will be updated first, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
